Sooooooo, its been awhile since I last posted (Remember when Lost was on the air. Ah memories.).
I’ve been very busy working on my portfolio. Logging 16 hour days, five days a week leaves little time to post cool stuff from around the Internet.
It’s winter break right now, so I am going to post some of the stuff that I have done so far. A lot of what I will post will be campaigns that will not be in my final portfolio.
So don’t delete me from your blog reader just yet! It’s about to get interesting.

After much thought, I have decided that the best thing I can do for my career is to attend the Chicago Portfolio School.
Even though I have many years of experience I am not getting the job opportunities that I want. So I think if I take a year to boost my portfolio it can only help me.
Starting in April, posting might become more infrequent, but when there are postings, I will post some of my schoolwork along with random internet findings.

I created this little logo last night in support of my favorite late night host, Conan O’Brien. I am so glad that he didn’t let that selfish, no-talent hack Jay Leno push him back into a corner.
May his upcoming separation with NBC be painless and quick, so that we can get to seeing Insult, Masturbating Bear, and Conan in greener pastures.
P.S. – Yes, that is a dismembered, jettisoned Conan head fleeing from NBC studios. Follow it where ever it goes if you are Team CoCo!

So I did pretty good on last year’s resolutions. 3 out of 4 ain’t too bad.
So what’s on the docket for 2010? How about:
1. Expand my portfolio creatively.
2. Post more about my own creative work.
3. Make a font. (didn’t get done last year)
4. Improve/rennovate my house.
Happy new year!

Well, since you asked dear reader, I will let you know, since I learned earlier today.
So I was upgrading the Snow Leopard and midway through the install my computer told me the it had failed, prompting me to restart the machine.
Upon restarting, my machine wouldn’t advance past the grey welcome screen. After 6 hours of dealing with my IT department we thought it best to ship the tower in to them (I work from home).
Well, long story short, the cost to overnight the tower came to a whopping $273. I can’t get my reimbursement request soon enough!
P.S. Too bad I didn’t get a chance to take it to the Genius Bar. I would love to hear what a “Genius” had to say about it.
